ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY

CIXI FOREWELL ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. supplies battery products to business customers under the FOREWELL brand.

Our website is used for product presentation and quotation inquiries. We do not currently accept direct online checkout or payment through this website.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A QUOTATION

Customers may begin an inquiry by:

• Submitting the Request a Quote form
• Submitting the Contact Us form
• Emailing sales@forewellbattery.com
• Contacting us on WhatsApp at +86 134 5619 0180
• Contacting our official Alibaba.com store

To help us prepare a quotation, please provide, where available:

• Battery type and model
• Estimated order quantity
• Required packaging format
• OEM, ODM or private-label requirements
• Destination country or delivery address
• Required certifications or testing standards
• Target delivery date

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an accepted order.

  1. ORDER METHODS

After the details have been discussed, an order may be completed through:

• Our official Alibaba.com store
• A confirmed pro forma invoice
• A signed sales contract
• Another written ordering method agreed by both parties

Customers who prefer platform-based payment and order management may request an Alibaba.com order link.

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Before production, the parties should confirm:

• Battery model and technical specification
• Quantity and unit price
• Packaging type and pack quantity
• Label, artwork and barcode requirements
• Shipping-carton information
• Sample approval, where required
• Payment terms
• Production lead time
• Shipping term and destination
• Required inspection, testing or shipping documents

The confirmed Alibaba.com order, pro forma invoice, sales contract or other written order document forms the basis of the transaction.

  1. ALIBABA.COM ORDERS

Alibaba.com Trade Assurance or similar platform protection applies only when:

• The order is created through Alibaba.com
• The customer confirms the order details
• Payment is completed through an approved Alibaba.com payment channel
• The transaction meets Alibaba.com’s requirements

Customers should review all specifications, quantities, shipping terms and delivery requirements before payment.

  1. DIRECT ORDERS

A direct order may be completed under a pro forma invoice, sales contract or other written agreement.

Payment instructions will be stated in the transaction document.

Customers should verify any unexpected change to bank or beneficiary information before sending payment.

  1. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Minimum order quantities vary according to:

• Battery type and model
• Labeling requirements
• Packaging structure
• Printing method
• Custom materials
• Production schedule

Samples and smaller trial quantities may be discussed individually. Approval of a smaller initial order does not automatically change the MOQ for future orders.

  1. PRICING

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices may exclude:

• Freight
• Cargo insurance
• Import duties and destination taxes
• Customs-clearance fees
• Destination handling charges
• Third-party inspection fees
• Testing or certification fees
• Custom printing, tooling, plate or setup charges

The applicable quotation or order document will specify what is included.

  1. OEM AND CUSTOM PACKAGING

For OEM, private-label or custom-packaging orders, production normally begins after:

• Final specifications are confirmed
• Artwork is approved
• Samples are approved where required
• The agreed deposit or payment is received

Changes requested after approval, material purchase or production commencement may result in additional costs and longer lead times.

  1. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Estimated production lead time begins after all required information, approvals and payments have been received.

Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

  1. SHIPPING TERMS

The shipping term will be stated in the applicable quotation or order and may include EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDP or another agreed term.

Unless otherwise agreed, Incoterms are interpreted according to Incoterms® 2020.

Responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, taxes and risk of loss depends on the confirmed Incoterm.

  1. BATTERY TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS

Batteries may be subject to specific carrier, packaging, labeling, testing, documentation and dangerous-goods transportation requirements.

Available documents depend on the battery chemistry, product model, packaging, destination and transportation method.

Customers must inform us before order confirmation of destination-specific certification, marking, testing or documentation requirements.

Final shipment acceptance remains subject to the carrier, freight forwarder, customs authority and destination regulations.

  1. DELIVERY AND DELAYS

Estimated delivery dates may be affected by carrier schedules, port congestion, customs inspection, weather, regulatory restrictions, documentation requirements or force majeure events.

We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays but are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. RECEIPT AND INSPECTION

Customers should inspect shipments promptly and check:

• Carton quantity and condition
• Product model and quantity
• Packaging and labels
• Visible damage or leakage
• Batch and shipping information

Visible transportation damage or shortage should be recorded on the carrier’s delivery document where possible and reported promptly with supporting evidence.
