ORDER ACCEPTANCE

If these Terms conflict with a confirmed Alibaba.com order, signed contract or pro forma invoice, the specific transaction document takes precedence.

OEM, ODM AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Customers must review and approve the final:
• Battery model and specification
• Label and packaging artwork
• Text, trademarks and brand names
• Colors and layout
• Barcodes and carton markings
• Samples, where required
The customer is responsible for ensuring that supplied trademarks, logos, artwork, certification marks, barcodes and other materials can be legally used.
Once customized materials have been purchased or produced, or mass production has started, the order may not be cancelled or changed without our written approval.
Approved changes may result in additional costs and revised production lead times.

ALIBABA.COM ORDERS
Customers may request that an order be created through our official Alibaba.com store.
Alibaba.com Trade Assurance or similar platform protection applies only when an eligible order is created, paid for and managed through Alibaba.com in accordance with its rules.
Private orders completed outside Alibaba.com are not automatically protected by Alibaba.com Trade Assurance.

DIRECT ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Direct orders may be completed under a pro forma invoice, sales contract or other written agreement.
The currency, deposit, balance payment, payment method and beneficiary information will be stated in the applicable transaction document.
Customers should verify any unexpected change to bank or beneficiary information through an established communication channel.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms, destination, freight responsibilities, estimated lead time and required documents will be confirmed for each order.
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement.
Risk and freight responsibilities are determined by the Incoterm stated in the confirmed order.

Customers should inspect products and shipping cartons promptly after receipt.
Claims should be submitted in accordance with our Refund & Claims Policy and the applicable order or contract.
Customers should retain affected products, cartons, labels, batch information, photographs, videos and inspection records while a claim is reviewed.
